Cancellation Policy
At Kestahn Moore Enterprises, we respect your time and energy—and ask the same in return. This policy is here to protect both your schedule and mine so we can stay aligned, professional, and focused on delivering results. Cancellations Life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel a service: • Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session. • Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee. • No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your session will be charged the full service rate. • Emergencies will always be considered—just communicate with respect and urgency. Refunds Our goal is to bring you high-level value, every time. However: • All digital products, services, speaking engagements, and consultations are non-refundable. • For coaching or business development services, if you’re unsatisfied, contact us within 7 days of the service date to discuss it personally. • Refunds are handled case by case and at the discretion of Kestahn Moore Enterprises. • If a refund is approved, it may take 5–10 business days to process depending on your bank or payment method.
